Grand Prairie, TX: The reason I said "appears to be" is because the photo source was not clipped from a video. I couldn't tell for certain if that FedEx truck is involved or not. What we can see if a totaled four door passenger vehicle with an assortment of debris scattered about. I'd wager that FedEx truck was stopped for a reason though... Emergency services generally don't just let 18-wheelers ride on through a scene of an accident.
